Costa Rica it´s a unique country in Central America, full of value generated by its people and natural beauty. It has a vast amount of landscapes like volcanoes, tropical rainforest, beaches and a great diversity of flora and fauna.
La Garita is part of the province of Alajuela, only 45min away from the capital San José. This town lacks the hustle from the cities and has a perfect climate with many hours of daily sun. It´s also known for the great variety of local cuisine restaurants and a local bird breeding center.
La Garita is a 13th district in the canton of Alajuela, in the province of the same name, Costa Rica. It measures 33.41 square kilometers and has a estimadad of 7,277 inhabitants (2011) population.
The town of La Garita is 16 km west of the city of Alajuela, at an altitude of 693 meters. The district includes the towns of Animas, Cuesta Colorada, Copeyal, Horcones, Lagos del Coyol, Llanos, Tangerine, Manolos, Mina, Montesol, Monticello and Saltillo.
It is located in a floodplain of the slope of the Pacific Ocean, between Ciruelas and Alajuela rivers which come down from the massifs of Poas Volcano (2708 m)and Barva (2906 m) volcano.
The daily oscillation is about 10 ° C. The lowest of the year temperatures can reach 15 ° C between December and February, and the highest 32 ° C between March and May.

the location of the project is of great privilege for its climate, which is considered a warm area a tropical mountain climate. The mango is a fruit of the Intertropical Zone of fleshy and sweet pulp. Foremost among its main features its good taste.
The architectural concept that reflects is organic, is used as a concept central leaf mango fruit, which refers to a wavy, rounded and each section of the parties entering the center to define areas that these are in asl streets and sidewalks of the project, each lot has areas ranging from 1000 m to 750 m2.
It has 20 lots, recreational areas, athletics and cycling area, orchards, recycling area.
This property
The main access is controlled by an area in which visitors needs to register with the security officer, to enter the place. The characteristic of the place will be a very modern architecture. Also, it will have an area of employee access to the recycling center and maintenance, a front garden, and a commercial area.
This area is designed for children. The place has games for all ages, there are traditional games where you can enjoy the rich gaming environment, and quieter places to play in harmony with nature.
These places will be definitely a game for young and old who want to have fun. It has 2 playgrounds, swings, seesaw, slide etc.
Born for the people living in the area, so they can live and consume food harvested by themselves, these areas are intended for the cultivation of different native and edible plants products. It supports a more sustainable food production that tries to decline the use of dangerous pesticides.
This area is an outdoor gym, taking advantage of the weather so good in the area, is located in a central area of the project.
It has exterior exercise machines that do not require much maintenance, near the area of athletics and cycling, to keep fit for those who like outdoor exercise.
This area is designed for children. The place has games for all ages, there are traditional games where you can enjoy the rich gaming environment, and quieter places to play in harmony with nature.
These places will be definitely a game for young and old who want to have fun. It has 2 playgrounds, swings, seesaw, slide etc.
An area to be in contact with nature and breathe the fresh air of the La Garita and enjoy the family BBQ area. They have their own kitchen space, bathrooms for the use of all and it’s surrounded by a natural environment to enjoy the weekend with family.
